[arin-tech-discuss] Get Reassignment Report API

I have two questions regarding this API (/rest/report/reassingment/X):

1) Why XLS?  Is there any chance we can get another argument added to 
just attach a raw CSV file to the ticket, instead of XLS?
2) Is there a similar report for IPv6?

Having this report is very, very handy for making sure all our 
reallocation records are up to date :)
