[ARIN-Suggestions] NEW - ACSP 2017.5: Add Details to Annual Invoices

On 10 March, We received the following new submission to the ARIN
Suggestion and Consultation process.  It has been numbered 2017.5 and

Description: Our business office recently received an invoice for
"Annual Fee for Registration Services Plan - X-SMALL". It was clear to
me what this was for when I saw it, but our business office had no idea.
Would it be possible to itemize the specific resources which are
included in the invoice?

Value to Community: Itemization would help make clear what resources are
being billed when and smooth interactions between the business and
technical side of organizations.
