[arin-ppml] NRPM 2025.1 - New Policies Implemented

At their meeting on 9 December 2024, the Board of Trustees adopted the following:

*ARIN-2022-12: Direct Assignment Language Update
*ARIN-2024-2: Whois Data Requirements Policy for Non-Personal Information
*ARIN-2024-9: Remove Outdated Carveout for Community Networks

At their meeting on 14 January 2025 the Board of Trustees adopted the following:

*ARIN-2023-7: Clarification of NRPM Sections 4.5 and 6.11 Multiple Discrete Networks


These policies are now in effect. A new version of the ARIN Number Resource Policy Manual (NRPM) has been published on the ARIN website. NRPM version 2025.1 is effective 4 March 2025 and supersedes the previous version.
