[arin-ppml] ARIN-2024-10: Registration Requirements and Timing of Requirements With Retirement of Section 4.2.3.7.2

Hello PPML,
We'd love your feedback on the current ARIN 2024-10 text, which seeks to
encourage timely registration by ISPs.

Since the ARIN 54 meeting, we have updated the text. Here are the
highlights:


   - Section 6.5.5.2: Reassignment and Allocations shall be made visible
   within fourteen calendar days (increased from 7 days).
   - Section 6.5.5.1: The terms SWIP and distributed services have been
   updated to Direct Services to align with changes in Section 4.

We would appreciate your thoughts on the following:

Do you think extending the registration requirement from 7 to 14 days is a
positive change? Why or why not?
