[arin-ppml] Section 6.1 – Potential Simplification (from the NRPM Working Group)

Hello ARIN community members,

I just want to remind you that we as a working group value your feedback
and would welcome any input you might wish to offer as we consider possible
changes to Section 6. As Chris mentioned, I wish to remind you that I will
be posting another topic next week.

For now, however, I would like to encourage you to share your consideration
of Section 6.1 as a member of the community. Thank you Owen for doing so
already.
