As a smaller member of ARIN and someone managing multiple entities I can
confirm its easy to miss a regulatory filing. Whether it’s for a State
entity update or a CLEC license or any other type of certificate. It’s
common.
It’s also fixable by coming back into compliance with the required filing,
payment or action.
As far as “deceased” entities go> There’s no such thing. Perhaps dissolved.
But I can find no legal term or status “deceased”.
Serious people may want to read:

Apologies for creating another branch of “ARIN should….”.
Warm regards, and HTH.
