Hi John,
Thanks to ask this same question again, brother.

It appears that CI Ltd's website is honest [1] about their lack of real
Internet Service to provide. They
don't bother to secure any ASN...so, no *network*?

[1]: <https://web.archive.org/web/20210906183940/https://
cloudinnovation.org//>

A question could be, how is it possible to classify the *network*
relationship with their client base?

...in other words: which kind of network relation exists between CIL &
their ooR (out of Region)
downstream clients?

...or: are they filling AfriNIC's IRR with inaccurate info?

As said above, i see [1] the same words shared
by Christian Orozco. The brother has simply read
the public claim on the website [1]... :'-(

WHO WE ARE

Established in 2013, Cloud Innovation Limited
specialises in IP address management. It partners
with LARUS Limited (a company established in
Hong Kong) to delegate IP addresses to customers,
such as, *global telecommunication* companies and
*Internet service providers* (ISPs). Cloud Innovation
is not only a frontrunner for IP address management, but also *donates
to* LARUS
Foundation every year *to support the development*
 *of the Internet in Africa*.

...the latest sentence quoted above raises other questions :-/

As it's public knowledge that LARUS Foundation
isn't an African based Org...

...also, if we assume that the said donation reached
its intended destination, it would be interesting to
know what have been its direct impact so far...

Shalom,
