You feel ease to comment this kind of  statements which you pretend to be a
justice case, and don't want to answer John's simple question.

So let me reiterate it to you :

"Is Cloud Innovation’s use of the blocks in question within the remit and
purpose for which they were originally justified?"

Can you please provide us a simple response *yes* or *no*?
