Dear Fernando,
That is not quite accurate. Editorial change can still be carried out if
chairs allows, although it’s not the most ideal situation. As in this case,
which was as a result of recommendations by the chair, and editorial
changes were allowed by the chair.
Indeed it is fare if ARIN can accept a more “open” sort of interpretation.
in worst-case scenario, we will propose an urgent “ fix” to the policy in
order to prevent any possible misunderstanding.
