Now you have me really curious.  Why are you opposed to IPv6?  The digital 
divide is only widened by resource scarcity, by placing undue burden of 
cost on the consumer, who ultimately has to shell out extra because the 
cost of v4 on the open market has gone up. This condition was possible, 
and has manifest, in the initial deployment of IP. That problem was 
solved in the next release of the software.  If the goal is to connect all 
the world, and beyond, it would be handy to have enough addresses to do 
so, no?
