c)has been placed beyond the jurisdiction of the court
d)has been substantially diminished in value
e)has been commingled with other property that cannot be subdivided without difficulty
It is the intent of the United States…..to seek forfeiture of any property of the defendant up to the amount equivalent to the value of the above-described forfeitable property.

I’d presume that if the blocks are forfeited to the US government, they will then be monetized on the transfer market, like most other forfeited assets; I wouldn’t expect them to be locked away*. Might take a while for the blocks to fall out of the routing table and actually become usable, however.

Now, my question is, does that affect ARIN reclaiming the blocks if they are surrendered to the government?

I have the indictment as a pdf but I don't think I can attach it on this mailing list. It is public information though.
