Similar to what router vendors request. You join a session (usually a 
java app loaded from a webpage) and share out your ssh window so that 
they can watch what you are doing. Generally a vendor can type 
themselves, but it's possible to have it readonly (vendor just watches).

While it is possible that the rep could screen capture, the information 
you'd show would be less than what they normally ask to be emailed to 
them. As it currently stands, a lot of information is just sent via 
email and stored in the ticketing system.
