I agree that we should not be in the business of imposing regulation or
taxes and that ARIN should stick to registering transactions as they occur
to ensure uniqueness and accuracy of the registry.
If the threat of revokation serves as an impediment to a market I suggest
that ARIN make accommodations as you mention that they do.
But making accommodations which are not contained in the legal contract
language of the RSA is what we are trying to do in this case.
