Just wanted to point out that no single AC member has the right to speak for "us all" especially without discussing it openly with each of us. I am working with the shepherds in order to post a detailed explanation of the changes between the Text presented at the Philadelphia PPM and the current text in last call.

   You probably mean: "The President of ARIN is a non-voting ex officio member of the Advisory Council."
