Good morning Marty,
Just wanted to point out that no single AC member has the right to speak for "us all" especially without discussing it openly with each of us. I am working with the shepherds in order to post a detailed explanation of the changes between the Text presented at the Philadelphia PPM and the current text in last call.

I do. And you've excercised that standing. I don't mind if you represent us all now and answer all of Bills questions with straight answers.

I believe that the CEO is an ex officious member of the AC. I wouldn't mind if you explained the changes for us.
You probably mean: "The President of ARIN is a non-voting ex officio member of the Advisory Council."
However, I'm not understanding the question: What changes do you want me to explain?
