[arin-ppml] Serious question for the list.

Tenure on the list is irrelevant. It is the value of the comments that
carry weight. While I don't know how long he has subscribed to the list, I
think Leif Sawyer is a good example. I haven't seen many posts from him,
but he made a very relevant point in the discussion regarding prop-147. I
am confident few people thought about how the time requirements in policy
impacted his business, given a very limited construction season in Alaska.
