[arin-ppml] ARIN-prop-131: Section 5.0 Legacy Addresses

Marty,

I support the proposal. I understand William's concern. Would a change to
the text to read “will be made available for allocation and assignment
within the ARIN
Region.“ work?

Hi Marty,

Although end-user registrants, legacy-only registrants and registrants
holding only non-IP resources may become ARIN members by paying an
additional $500/year, they rarely do. With a few exceptions, only ISPs
are ARIN members.

The basic difference between a member and a non-member is that members
can vote in the elections while everybody else merely receives
resources.

Regards,
Bill Herrin
