Sorry to nit-pick, but I'd like to offer a point of clarification:  The bankruptcy court's order authorizes Nortel to sell their rights to the legacy IPv4 numbers, per the sale agreement that was filed with the court.  Technically, the order is not directed at Microsoft or ARIN, and does not approve the LRSA.
