As the Shepherd for this Draft Policy, I strongly support Chris' call for declarations of support or for something other.

I support this policy as revised and hope that the AC will recommend
it to the board for adoption.
I believe that the revisions are editorial and that the NRO should be
able to easily homogenize any resultant textual differences in
versions ultimately adopted in other regions as a result.
I would also like to suggest that others make their opinions on this
policy known, to aid the AC's decision.
