I support this policy as revised and hope that the AC will recommend<BR>
it to the board for adoption.<BR>

I believe that the revisions are editorial and that the NRO should be<BR>
able to easily homogenize any resultant textual differences in<BR>
versions ultimately adopted in other regions as a result.<BR>
<BR>
I would also like to suggest that others make their opinions on this<BR>
policy known, to aid the AC's decision.<BR>
