[arin-ppml] Draft Policy 2010-10 (Global Proposal): Global Policy for IPv4 Allocations by the IANA Post Exhaustion - Last Call (text revised)

I support this policy as revised and hope that the AC will recommend
it to the board for adoption.

I believe that the revisions are editorial and that the NRO should be
able to easily homogenize any resultant textual differences in
versions ultimately adopted in other regions as a result.

I would also like to suggest that others make their opinions on this
policy known, to aid the AC's decision.

Thanks,
~Chris
