The proposed Transfer Listing Service https://www.arin.net/resources/transfer_listing.html mentions a "usage agreement" which specifies that the information is only to be used for the purposes of meeting the requirements of the Transfer Listing Service participants. A group of us are preparing comments on this proposed service, but we are having trouble figuring out what the purpose of this "usage agreement" is, and what kind of uses it is meant to limit. Anyone with any idea?
