Sorry, but the fees that ARIN sets for its members are not public
business, but are the business of ARIN and the members. There is
a discussion list where members can discuss fees if they want to,
but please note that members do vote on financial matters at the
twice annual ARIN members meetings.

Your school is located in Sachsen-Anhalt, Germany, so it is
unlikely that ARIN practices would have any effect on you. For
