"we" is the org I'm the POC for, Internet Partners, Inc., as opposed to me
-not- speaking officially
for that org (which I normally do on this list)  Sorry to not make that more
clear.

Yes, I saw Daves reply.  The fact that 8.3 is "new" does not remove the need
for the minor
edits and reorganization of the NRPM text that Dave was referring to, that's
why we
support it.

And yes I also know that the Board is going to do what it wants, so it is
kind of futile to
even bother commenting in opposition or support at this point.  But I don't
want the board
to actually start believing it's own back-patting that everything is all
fixed now.
