as a temp, get a tunnel.  that is what most of us did, kinda like
getting pa before pi.  it's bad, but not as bad as no packets.  if und
can/will not provision one, i can.  and i assume there are others with
automated brokers which can be used.

note that at my home here in ntt's home turf i have ntt 100/100 f/etth,
and have to tunnel ipv6 to iij.  ntt does not offer it, except on ppt.
talk is cheap.

and as i tried to do, document what you do, so the next bozo on the bus
has a leg up.
