Randy,
It is all well and good to talk..  I am glad you feel free to do so.  Our
problem in this area is that there are NO upstream providers that route
IPv6.  AT&T, Sprint and DCN have all refused to route IPv6 in this area.  I
am campaigning heavily to get them to do so.  

I HAVE gotten my IPv6 allocation .  I AM working towards getting the IPv6
going.  I am ready to jump on the bandwagon as soon as one of my providers
starts routing it.
