Not all of us are ISPs.  My only documentation of our IP usage
is our DNS files.  Is that enough?  What *KIND* of documentation
to they want here, anyway?

Since I don't have an RSA, this sounds like yet another reason
to avoid signing one.

This argument is only applicable to those who have signed RSAs.
