i am sure there are many examples. probably 1/3 of the attendees
of the last meeting. but you can keep making qualifications
forever until no one on the planet meets them. personally, i think
you should exclude blond males. big whoopie doo.
the point is that arin is by far the most open and prudent of the
internet shepherding organizations we have today. sure it can be
improved, and we should work to do so.
