[arin-announce] Advisory Council Change

On 19 May 2014, Stacy Hughes tendered her resignation to the ARIN
Advisory Council (AC).  We would like to thank Stacy for her many years
of service, which began with her appointment to the AC in January of 2002.

The ARIN Advisory Council will be evaluating options over the coming
weeks, consistent with the ARIN Bylaws, regarding the Advisory Council
seat vacancy.
