Authorization and Authentication

Hello Ginny,

When you have a moment, can you please summarize for the dbwg mailing list
ARIN's plans for implementing authorization and authentication methods for
database records in the new ARIN WHOIS?

This issue has been discussed many times in the past, but nothing has ever
been implemented in this area, and I think it may be worthwhile to resume
the discussion of this topic.
