	Its not clear that IXen will need to have micro-allocations,
	at least in the long term.

	describes how use of IPv6 link-local addresses, which are not
	RIR managed, can be used to address IXen that need IPv6
	for BGP.

	other than that, Friend Bush is, as usual, persuasive in
	his arguments that [*]TLD's, RIRs, and ICANN should 
	use the same processes/procedures as the rest of us.
