I said I would *ASK* you to do something, I didn't say you would listen to
me. ;-)

I admit that the EFF is vastly more likely to defend user's interests than
it is to take offensive action against someone abusing the network. It's
not always easy to come up with the perfect example when posting to a
mailing list, you know.
