Yes, by you.  Most other people understand that ARIN will simply be
inheriting the blocks currently managed by InterNIC.  Of course, you
understand this as well, since it has been explained to you on
numerous occasions, however since it doesn't fit your fantasies, you
keep repeating the same questions.

Gets pretty boring.
