Tamara,

Let me quickly let you know that the questions you have asked have been
raised numerous times by people who have not read the proposal (draft 2),
the FAQ and the mailing list archives.  I would suggest that you go do all
three of those things before proceeding.  You may save yourself a lot of
frustrated sounding (or hostile) email from those of us who have answered
your questions about 15 times now.
