Legal Obligation(s) of ARIN services??

    This is not correct.  ARIN is not selling addresses.  ARIN is uniquely
    registering integers.  The service provided is maintenance of a
    registry, and a guarantee that no integer will be multiply registered.

    It's your constitutional right to sue and be sued.  Of course you can
    sue anyone you like. Doesn't mean that the suit won't be thrown out,
    or decided against you.  You don't need any special right, or even
    cause, to sue the ARIN.  It's just a bad idea.
