Hi everyone,

Network operators should have sovereignty over how they manage their infrastructure. Being

tied to a single RIR even when it's misaligned with their goals undermines that autonomy.

Portability of number resource restores this sovereignty. It lets operators choose their RIR

based on merit, not accident. This is about professional freedom and strategic control over

mission-critical assets. Hence it should be included in the revised ICP-2.

Let's respect operators' right to decide what works best for them. Thanks
