There is still the question of the uniqueness of South Africa with regards
to its thinking, which I myself am not to clear on.

I shall do as you advised, and read the material available. It would however
be interesting to see what happens in the eventuality of a dead lock between
Mike Lawrie, the interim administartor i.e. Namespace.za and the Dept. of
Communications.
