Submitting a new ORG template

Well, I'm finally getting to place my ORG requests.

But when I see the ORG simple or ORG detailed I find N M D.

If I currently have Maintainer IDs do I have to submit an ORG template?


If I have numerous Maintainer IDs can I create one New ORG ID and place all of
the existing maintainer IDs under it?
