We have our own database of what networks we have, and how they are
divided. There's a cron job that runs nightly that gets a list of all
the reassignments from ARIN, and makes sure that they match what's in
our database. API calls for finding an available IP space within our
allocations wouldn't really help us with this process.
The biggest help to us would be a way to get a list of all the
reallocations for a specific subnet, rather then just the first 256.
