[arin-tech-discuss] Listing all reassignments?

Yes, they are.  The only way to get the full list is manually doing the 
CSV export via ARIN's site.  I'd love to see that changed in the future 
though, it's pretty tough to automate these updates when you can only 
get a partial list of them.
