Hi Bill,

The call is meant for http://whois.arin.net. I'm sorry if my earlier
message on the topic did not make this clear. Since the call is directed
to whois.arin.net, it's not authenticated. Accordingly, your uri can just
be formed as:

/rest/net/NET-63-247-160-0-1/children
