[ARIN-Suggestions] Two New ACSP Suggestions

On 27 January, we received two new suggestions which are currently in
staff review and pending a response.

1. 2020.2: RESTful Interface for IRR

Description: ARIN IRR should have a restful interface compatible with RADb.

Value to Community: For people who use RADb will not have to write new
code to use the ARIN IRR making the transition easier for the community
at large.

2. 2020.3: Support RFC 8183

Description: Support RFC 8183

Value to Community: ARIN’s delegated RPKI currently uses a non-standard
key exchange format. ARIN standards for setting up delegated RPKI. hould
align with the standards established RFC 8183.
