Folks -

I will observe that the expectation for collaborative development process (such as ARIN’s PDP) is that any material submission in regards to a proposed policy change receives open and transparent consideration of the merits and issues raised – with the goal of improving the policy to increase community support for policy changes.   Once that consideration of the submission has occurred, it does not need to recur, nor does the introduction of the same information under different wording require any engagement unless accompanied by new data and/or insights.

(This is one of main drivers for why we encourage people both online and at the microphones to explain their concerns, and in particular whether any changes to a proposed policy would address those concerns and lead to their support…)
