Infrastructure is byzantine. This low level of proscription is not
recommended.

Our intent for dns was to say it in english, but not change current
outcomes. The main intent objective we have are the IXP bits to address CI
questions and abuse issues.

Aren’t the sections self contained?  I’m not certain why this would
“leak”.  Can you explain this?

Because its 2025 and the Internet is orders of magnitude larger and more
complex. When the current policy was adopted there were concerns the
expansion TLDs would devour the pool. Never happened. Doesn't scale for
most to DIY.  There are no YouTube videos to show you how….
