[arin-ppml] Whois does not show blocks allocated to an ASN

Hi

It has been a while I am about to ask about a characteristic of ARIN's 
Whois.

Why on ARIN's Whois when you check a given ASN/Organization information 
it doesn't necessarily show all the blocks assigned to it (inetum) as in 
other RIRs ?
