[arin-ppml] Request for Feedback: ARIN-2024-7 Addition of definitions for General and Special Purpose IP Addresses

I’m against the policy as written.

Also I don’t see why those addresses should be categorised differently,
there is of course a special role of these addresses but ultimately those
count into RSP……and we pay for them as for any other prefix.

Also, I agree with what has been said before, that the naming would be
confusing.
