[arin-ppml] Advisory Council Meeting Results - December 2022

Hi David,

Draft Policy ARIN-2022-13 was indeed abandoned during the Advisory Council 15 December 2022 teleconference and should have been noted as such.

It has been removed from current AC work items for the January meeting, and thereafter.
