[arin-ppml] Advisory Council Meeting Results - December 2022

I believe the status for ARIN-2022-13 below is inaccurate, it shows that
work will continue on the policy. However, item 13 in the draft minutes for
the 12/15 AC meeting, link below, clearly show that ARIN-2022-13 has been
abandoned.
