To be specific, are you referring to heirs of biological persons, or organizations? I only mentioned bio persons as an analogy, but you’re correct that there are registrants, legacy or otherwise, that are people, not organizations. To the extent that this is the policy for resources assigned to a deceased person, I’d be interested in seeing that documented.
