"ARIN obtains personal data only for specific lawful purposes and by consent of the individual.” and "Organizations should only provide Personal Data (of their staff, customers, or others) to ARIN with the consent of the affected individuals.”

The United Kingdom is a sovereign entity.

ARIN’s Data Privacy does not allow processing of personal data [including publication] outside of the specific lawful purposes for which it was collected.
