I will also point out that anything enshrined in section 6 was written
for IPv6 specifically whether or not it may apply or be applied to other
resources.

A definition which is intended for the entirety of the NRPM should be
placed in section 2. It’s dangerous (IMHO) to assume that the community
(and/or the author) intended this definition to apply outside of IPv6
policy.

If anyone in the community feels this definition should be made
universal, then I encourage them to submit policy proposal to move
this to section 2 of the NRPM.

OTOH, I cannot speak for the entire working group, but I will also
encourage discussion of this matter at the next NRPM cleanup working
group meeting.
